I decided to give the crabs a break today. I heard of a little bite south of the whistle buoy so thought we’d go scout it out. The fish didn’t start to bite until late. We had lots of action but didn’t boat all of them. Some smaller fish but the one’s we landed were just fine! We were fishing in 200 to 240′ of water. Best action came on cut bait with a jailbird hoochie at 45 pulls with a 2 lb weight.
Picture; on the left is Chris Pedersen from Sac. and next to him is Abel Duren from SanJose. The fish rainged from 8 to 10 pounds.Fish-On!!
