6/28/12– finally some fish showed up. On top of that, the ocean couldn’t be any flatter. Not a ripple in the water except from all the fish we were catching. Nothing real big, but nice fish never-the-less. Our score at the end of the trip; 21 salmon for 20 anglers. Biggest one was 13 pounds landed by Aaron Quaglia our of Saint Helena. He was fishing with a whole anchovie with a jailbird hoochie with no flasher at 20 pulls with a 2lb lead. Fish-On!

We’re mostly fishing for salmon this month but what rock fish trips we are doing, we are doing well. The lingcod numbers have dropped slightly but the size is improving. We’ve landed several around 15 pounds with the biggest one tipping the scales at 24 pounds (caught by your’s truly). Here are some pic’s of some of the happy fishermen. Fish-On!
